The previous year was one of immense intensity, yet despite the weight of the moment, we succeeded in finalizing our fourth grant cycle across all of Palestine. Three months into 2026, most of the selected initiatives are already doing their magnificent work—especially in the fields of culture, agriculture, architecture, education, and healthcare, among others.

While our bi-monthly emergency grants in Gaza were all-consuming, they did not stop Rawa from sustaining its broader mission. In fact, we leaned in—launching a redesigned 4th general track that brought together over 30 community members to lead the way as nominators, selectors, and strategists.

We’d love to share a glimpse of these initiatives with you—because we can all use a bit of hope and inspiration right now.

In 2026, we are continuing our emergency grants for Gaza with even broader community participation in the decision-making process. Across the rest of Palestine, Rawa is opening its doors to initiatives seeking non-financial support, offering direct access to our community’s deep well of skills, knowledge, and networks.
