مشروع سمير | Sameer Project
مشروع سمير هو واحد من أضخم مشاريع الإغاثة التي أسسها فلسطينيون وفلسطينيات مع اندلاع حرب الإبادة. تعمل مجموعة من الفلسطينيين في الشتات على جمع الموارد وتنظيمها، وبناء شبكة قاعدية واسعة داخل غزة، تُعنى بإنشاء مخيمات للاجئين ومحطات طبية، وتوزيع الاحتياجات الأساسية كالماء والطعام وحليب الأطفال. ومن أبرز مشاريع هذه المبادرة مخيم رفعت العرير للاجئين، الذي يخدم العائلات النازحة بما في ذلك النساء الحوامل، والأمهات الجدد، والأطفال، وكبار السن، والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ويؤكد القائمون على المشروع: «رسالتنا أن نعزز الصمود، ونصون الكرامة، ونمنح العائلات التي نخدمها القدرة على تقرير مصيرها.»اا
The Sameer Project is one of the largest relief initiatives founded by Palestinians at the outbreak of the genocidal war. A collective of Palestinians in the diaspora works to gather and mobilize resources, building a broad grassroots network inside Gaza that sets up refugee camps and medical stations, and distributes essential supplies such as water, food, and baby formula. Among its most important efforts is the Refaat Al Areer Refugee Camp, which serves displaced families including pregnant women, new mothers, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. “Our mission,” the organizers say, “is to strengthen resilience, preserve dignity, and safeguard the agency of the families we serve.”
